Agreement

Foreword: You must login before your reading will be counted. The articles and discussions can be viewed with good iPads (smartphones) and any desktop computer.

Terms of Usage

This is an agreement between users of this site and the company, Broad Network. Every user of this site must be above 18 years of age.

Aim of Website

The aim of this site is to provide all types of information, freely to everybody in every part of the world. Information is in the form of written articles. Advertisements are positioned in different parts of each article.

A registered reader or writer is a member of the social network.

In this site you have the following categories: Art & Entertainment, Automotive, Business & Finance, Culture & Society, Education, Events & Holidays, Family, Fashion & Beauty, Food & Drinks, Health & Nutrition, Hobbies & Craft, Home & Garden, Internet, Pets, Relationships, Religion & Spirituality, Reviews, Science & Technology, Self Improvement, Software, Sports & Fitness, Travel.

Registering as a member (reader) means registering in one of the categories. Each category has readers and writiers. All writers are readers but not the other way round. A reader can become a writer at any time. Each category has articles written by writers and discussions made by readers and writers. So each category is made up of the discussion section and the articles section. Writers write articles and readers read. Both readers and writers should take part in the discussions threads. Discussions should reference articles for details. If an article has not been written in a topic, discussions should still take place in that topic, in the category.

Any member, reader or writer can start a conversation (question or topic) at the category discussion section of his/her category.

Neither discussion thread nor article should reference (hyper-link) a resource outside this website. Any discovery of that will be sanctioned.

The word, WE or US

The word, WE or US means the company, Broad network.

Sponsors

This site is sponsored by the companies who advertise in the site. So, if a reader (user) sees an advertisement that interests him/her, he/she must click the advertisement. When an advertisement is clicked, that is when the sponsor pays us. We use the payments to maintain our company and pay our writers. We also use the payments to pay the moderators. There are other finacial rewards.

Readers

The moderator of each discussion section of a category is a reader, not a writer. At the end of every 3 months (beginning of January, April, July and October), a reader is promoted to the rank of moderator in his/her discussion section of his/her category. For the next 3 months the moderator manages the discussion section of his/her category; and every month in that duration, he/she earns (is paid) half of the profit from the discussions. Money is made through ads. Other distinguished readers are also paid.

Distinguished readers are paid when their earnings is at least $10 USD, by Western Union or MoneyGram; bank wire is also used; the transmission charges are removed from the earnings. Payment is made (sent) within 5 working days of the next month. Paypal payment will soon be included.

Readers should ask questions and start discussions in their category discussion section. A reader must not repeat a question or restart the same discussion thread within a quarter (3 months). Any discovery of that will be sanctioned.

When you open a page, you should close it formally. If the page is closed informally (for example if your power goes off) the time you finished reading the page may not be known and your reading may be ignored.

It is not the duration of reading an article that really matters; it is the number of articles read that matters. The minimum average time to read an article is 5 minutes. The average minimum time between which the next article should be opened, while the previous one is still opended, is 5 miniutes. If you open many articles (especially unrelated) at one time (duration) and pretend to read them, we will know; and you will be sanctioned. Of course you can open more than one page at a time, but the overlapping durations are associated to single articles. So, for example, if you open 4 articles at a time for 20 minutes, that is 4 readings.

The maximum number of articles you can open at one time is 5. You can open more than 5 articles at a time, but the extra (beyond 5) number of readings is not recorded for payment.

You can open and close the same article more than once in a day, as long as no other article is opened at the same time. So, if you open a particular article for 5 minutes and close it; wait for 10 minutes and open it again for 5 minutes and close; wait for 10 minutes again and open it once more for yet another 5 minutes; then that is 3 readings, if no other article was opened in the 3 durations.

Any extra reading beyond a total of 12 hours a day (avarage) is not considered.

The reader or writer or moderator must not repeat the same comment on an article or in a discussion thread. Any discovery of that will be sanctioned.

A reader can be sanctioned by preventing him/her from reading for some time, or by reducing the person's payment, or dismissal without payment, depending on the seriousness of the offense.

Note: If you are just opening and closing web pages shortly after 5 minutes, we will know, and you will be sanctioned; because that is not effective reading.

Moderator

A moderator can work at any time of the day in the month. A moderator is not allowed to click more than 3 advertisements (average) in one day in the discussion section, in order to increase his/her revenue. Advertisement clicks are recorded by us as well. If you click more than 3 advertisements (average) in one day, our sponsors will disqualify us and stop sending us ads. So if you exceed an average of 3 ad clicks a day, in one week, you will be dismissed without any payment.

Writers

Anybody can write for us. Registration is free. If you are a good writer, you will earn valuable money. You can write on the same title that someone else has written in a different network in the Internet. However, your work must be unique and not a copy.

Minimum number of words for any article is 400.

No writer must write any article that promotes a rival website or enable a rival website to compete with this company or distract our members away from this network. Any discovery of that will be sanctioned.

Not more than three writers must write on the same topic.

A writer is a reader, so all the conditions for readers apply to writers.

A writer can be sanctioned by preventing the person from writing for some time, or by reducing the person's payment, or dismissal without payment, depending on the seriousness of the offense.

Writers and Copyright

A new article by a writer may contain up to one-third (1/3) of the content of a previous article by the same writer. A writer must not copy anything else from any other source of any type of media. A writer can quote up to 500 characters (not words) from any source if the source allows that; for any quotation, the writer must type the identity of the source.

Paying Writers

Writers are paid monthly. A writer earns $1.5 USD after 1,000 page views. This does not include page views from the writer himself/herself. A writer is paid when his/her earnings is at least $10 USD, by Western Union or MoneyGram; bank wire is also used; the transmission charge is removed from the earnings. Payment is made (sent) within 5 working days of the next month. Paypal payment will soon be included.

Paying Readers

- see Readers section above.

Following

Any member can follow any other member. A reader can follow other readers and writers. A writer can follow other writers and readers.

Whenever a discussion (topic) thread or question thread is started, every writer in that category has the duty to comment; every reader and writer in that category is notified by email. When a writer comments, that is considered as one reading for the writer, since writers have the right to read and benefit like readers. When a writer writes, all readers (including writers) in that category are informed (by email).

If you are following somebody, for any comment or like that the person makes, you will be notified by email, so that you too can also comment or like. This is an active (participating) network.

Whenever a comment is made, all members involved in the conversation and followers of the person who comments, are notified by email; this is an active network.
